Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the work has not yet started.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Services already delivered or partially executed.
• Custom digital products or software developed specifically for the client.
• Domain names, licenses, and third-party advertising spend once purchased.
• Monthly subscriptions that have been partially used.

3. Refund Process

• Request: Contact us via email with your order details. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Service Cancellation

Cancellations before work begins qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made after work has started will incur a deduction for the actual work completed.
